Investigators have found a silver Subaru whose driver is accused of running over and seriously injuring a bicyclist in a Kirkland apartment parking lot.
Even with the help of a citizen tip, detectives are still working to find the driver.
Kirkland police say the car was reported stolen Jan. 19; the hit-and-run happened on Jan. 22.

A bicyclist suffered a head injury, a concussion and broken bones in a hit-and-run crash on the morning of Jan. 22.
He was taken to Harborview Medical Center.
The crash was reported just before 8 a.m. in the parking lot of Avalon Apartments near the 5800 block of Lakeview Drive by Carillon Point.

A construction worker at a nearby site attempted to follow the vehicle, but the driver eluded him.
