Fair food to-go is back for every weekend in September

PUYALLUP, Wash. — The Washington State Fair may be canceled this year because of COVID-19, but you can still get your food fix.

The fair was scheduled to be held Sept. 4–27. But instead, organizers said every weekend in September, people can drive onto the fairgrounds and grab their favorite foods.

From 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., people can get their fair foods during these dates:

Sept. 4, 5, 6.

Sept.11, 12, 13.

Sept. 18, 19, 20.

Sept. 25, 26, 27.

Last month for three weekends, fair food was also available to go.

Organizers said they added more vendors to September’s lineup.

Here are what you can expect at the fairgrounds: Fisher Scones, BBQ, Krusty Pups, Fiesta Corn, Juicy’s Burgers, Turkey Legs, Piroshky, Caramel Apples, Elephant Ears and Cotton Candy.
