SEATTLE — Two teens were arrested last week after a series of armed robberies in King County over the past several weeks.
Police said an 18-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy were arrested at two separate locations in West Seattle.
Investigators believe the two suspects were responsible for about a dozen armed robberies in West Seattle, Ballard, Sea-Tac, Burien and White Center.
According to police, victims and witnesses reported multiple suspects in many of the robberies.
Police said during the arrests, investigators found a .38 caliber revolver in the 18-year-old’s pocket.
The suspects were booked into the King County Jail and Youth Services Center.
Investigators said the investigation remains ongoing and detectives expect to make additional arrests.
