    Maritime Fun: Dungeness Crab & Seafood Festival - Friday to Sunday, October 6-8. This festival boasts of music, food, art and more. There are expected to be 14 restaurants and cooking demonstrations along with celebrity chefs. There will also be a challenge: Grab-A-Crab Tank Derby.     Soul Music: Earshot Jazz Festival - Sunday, October 8. The actual festival itself runs through November 12.     Kid Excitement: Seattle Children’s Festival –Sunday, October 8. There will be various performances and presentations, some including Hip Hop Dance to creative drama, even tunes for little tots.     Festive Mood: Issaquah Salmon Days – Saturday & Sunday, October 7-8, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. The festival will kickoff with a parade. Go for a toy-making workshop or to run a 5K.
