7 things to do this weekend: Nov. 2 - 4

1) Seafoodie: Oyster New Year – Saturday, Nov. 3. This event is expected to bring in oyster lovers who will be able to enjoy more than 30 varieties of local Pacific Northwest oysters.  Diners will also be able to partake of a fresh seafood buffet, live music and more.   Follow this link for details. 

2) Beyond ideas: Jet City Comic Show, Tacoma – Saturday to Sunday, Nov. 3-4. Attendees will find they may enjoy Artist Alley as well as exhibitor booths. 3) Jingle time: "Schoolhouse Rock Live!" – Running until Nov. 17. This musical stage performance will bring back the 1970s nostalgia of cartoon shorts that include songs like "I'm Just a Bill" and "Conjunction Junction." 4) Distinctive craft: Tile & Art Festival – Saturday to Sunday, Nov. 3-4. From cool designs of animals to picturesque sceneries, this event will have all types of tiles. 5) Harmonious music: Earshot Jazz Festival, Seattle – Running until Nov. 4. It is a chance to enjoy the melodies from various artists. Sixty events will be presented all across the city to celebrate jazz. Follow this link for details. 

6) Word works: Short Run Comix & Arts Festival, Seattle – Saturday, Nov. 3, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. This event is open to all ages. 7) Delightful eats: Seattle Restaurant Week – Running until Nov. 8. This will give you the opportunity to enjoy a three-course meal for a small price.  Diners can select from 165 restaurants in the Seattle metro area. Automobiles: Seattle International Auto Show - Friday to Monday, Nov. 9-12. People in the Pacific Northwest will have a chance to experience must-see automobiles, some that are luxurious and exotic. Attendees can also take test drives (some on an obstacle course). This event also includes fun that is interactive for kids.
