Russell Wilson about Titans: They have a great defense

The Seahawks are getting ready to face a Tennessee defense that led the way in a rout over Jacksonville last Sunday.
After Derrick Morgan and the Titans defense made things very difficult for Jacksonville's quarterback Blake Bortles, Russell Wilson and the Seahawks have spent countless hours studying film to get ready for Tennessee.

"They have a great defense,” said Wilson. “They do a lot of different things, their defensive coordinator obviously has been in the game for a long time, and has called a lot of different things up."
"They come out of a 3-4 base and so it's different in that, although we use 3-4 personnel,” Pete Carroll, the Seahawks head coach, said. “It's different in the basic scheme of it, but the concepts and the willingness to pressure and the style of pressure, there is a lot of similarities.
As Seahawks fans wait and see how the offense does against the Titans defense, here's one thing we've all learned so far: Chris Carson showed us something very special in the 49ers game last weekend.
"From Chris Carson, to [Thomas] Rawls, to C.J. [Prosise], to Eddie [Lacy], you know, there's so many guys that come in and out of the game and can get first downs for us and take those big hits, too, but also find a way to make a big cut and make the right decision to get up-field,” said Wilson.
And Michael Bennett said he can't wait to finally get a chance to go up against Titans quarterback Marcus Mariota.
"I couldn't do it in college, because it was illegal for NFL players to go to college and tackle people so it feels good to be able to finally get a chance to be able to hit him in the game,” said Bennett with a smile.
