Search and rescue divers are in the water at the Port of Tacoma after a woman drove a car through a security checkpoint and off a dock.
She was able to exit her car on her own and was not hurt. No one else was in the vehicle.
The car remains underwater, and officials have plastic out to catch the oil bubbling to the surface.
