Montana man's Sasquatch hoax turns deadly

KALISPELL, Montana — A man who police said was trying to create a Sasquatch sighting was killed Sunday evening after two cars struck him on U.S. Highway 93 near Kalispell, KAJ18 reported.

Officials said friends of 44-year-old Randy Lee Tenley of Kalispeel was wearing a military style ghillie suit in the hope of making someone believe he was a Sasquatch.

Police said they're waiting on toxicology tests to see if Tenley had been drinking.
