Two - alarm fire destroys Renton triplex units

RENTON, Wash. — Two units  were heavily damaged early Sunday morning.

The fire occurred on SE 11th Place.

Renton firefighters were able to extinguish the fire after 45 minutes.

One unit had significant fire damage and the other had water damage.

Three residents were in the unit affected by the fire but evacuated safely.

The cause of the fire is undetermined.  Damage loss is estimated at $360,000.
