The caption references the 46-year-old rapper's 2010 song, which was the lead single from his album "Recovery," released that same year. The album was his first release since 2009's "Relapse" and 2004's "Encore," both albums on which he admitted in a 2009 Vibe magazine interview he was under the influence while making them.

According to that same interview, Eminem, whose real name is Marshall Mathers, was addicted to various prescription pills and alcohol.

Billboard reported in 2013 that, two days before Christmas in 2007, his children found him after an accidental methadone overdose. It was rock bottom. On April 20, 2008, he got sober, and has been since.
