EDGELEY, N.D. — Gene Hanson decided to pay tribute to Prince in the best way he could.
The former farmer, 75, pulled an image of the late musician's symbol from the Internet and plowed a football-sized version of it with a tractor on his field of corn.
Hanson put the picture on the tractor's dash and followed the pattern. He was surprised it turned out to well.
Hanson got in his airplane to check out the plow work and took some photos of the corn glyph.
The tribute is only temporary. Hanson seeded the field Monday.
