Marijuana valued at $50,000 was stolen from a Georgetown dispensary Wednesday morning, police said.
Police responded to a report of a burglary in the 5000 block of East Marginal Way South at 6:50 a.m.
When officers arrived, they found a large hole cut into the side of a business and found scattered marijuana.
According to police, the business owner said thieves took $50,000 of medical marijuana from the business.
Detectives were able to recover fingerprints, evidence and surveillance video from the scene.
