Teens charged with vandalism of veterans' memorial wall

PORT ORCHARD, Wash. — Two teens have been charged with vandalizing Port Orchard Marina Park, including a wall to honor war veterans.

The graffiti was scrawled across the park last month.

Vandals hit not only the veterans’ memorial wall, but also picnic tables and playground equipment.

Officers said they arrested a boy and girl they believe are connected to graffiti done around the same time at a school.
