Teen upgraded to satisfactory condition after fall at Taylor Swift concert

SEATTLE, Wash — A 13-year-old boy fell from the 300 level to the 200 level at CenturyLink Field on Saturday. The teen was attending the Taylor Swift concert.

Seattle Fire Department medics treated the boy where he fell. He was "stable, alert and conscious," according to the fire department spokesman Kyle Moore.

The concert was scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. and the fire department got a 9-1-1 call minutes before that.

Moore said the injured boy couldn’t remember how it happened or what he was doing just before the fall.

The boy was taken to Harborview Medical Center for treatment.

He was upgraded to satisfactory condition on Monday.
