BAINBRIDGE ISLAND, Wash. - A suspicious package was found at a Bainbridge Island post office Sunday afternoon, police said.
The suspicious package was found at the U.S. Post Office on 271 Winslow Way East and Bainbridge Isle just before 12:30 p.m.
According to Bainbridge Island police, the package said “Pray for Boston” on the outside of it.
A bomb squad was called in and after opening the box, authorities found plastic wrapping inside.
Police determined the box to not be a threat and threw it away.
