The Seahawks are taking flight Sunday, heading to New Jersey for Super Bowl XLVIII.
In just a couple hours, the 12th Man and Woman is invited to line the streets of SeaTac to give the team a supersized send-off.
Seahawks fans are invited to line South 188th Street in SeaTac at 10:30 Sunday morning.
The last sendoff like this was in January 2013.
Hundreds of fans lined South 188th Street as the team headed to the airport for the NFC playoff game against the Alanta Falcons.
This time around, the Hawks are heading to the Super Bowl.
There is a 1.1 mile route for fans to catch a glimpse of the team buses as they head to the airport. You can line South 188th from 46th Avenue South toward 28th Avenue South.
You can park at places including the airport paid parking lot, Angel Lake Park, City Hall and Chinook Middle School.
Don’t forget your Hawks gear, signs and 12th Man flags to send the team off in style.
