TACOMA, Wash. — Two people were injured after a four-car collision Sunday night in Tacoma.
The crash happened in a construction zone on northbound I-5 near the Puyallup River Bridge.
The victims suffered minor injuries and were taken to a nearby hospital to be checked out, Washington State Patrol Trooper Johnna Batiste said.
The crash caused the two left lanes of traffic to be blocked.
Traffic was backed up for a while and the two left lanes were reopened.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
