TUMWATER, Wash. — All lanes of northbound I-5 were closed for hours in Tumwater because of a fuel spill caused by a semi crash.
The crash and spill occurred near US 101 shortly before 4 a.m.
Traffic was detoured via northbound US 101 and then back onto I-5.
The Department of Ecology was called to the scene. The cleanup took about five hours.
