McMenamins holding job fair for new Tacoma location

TACOMA, Wash. — One of the biggest breweries in the Pacific Northwest is opening a new location in the South Sound.

McMenamins is hosting a job fair for its new Tacoma location Wednesday.

They're looking for a hotel assistant manager, bartenders, servers, laundry attendants, housekeepers, security/guest services, line and prep cooks and bottle shop/retail staff.

The positions will require an open and flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Applicants should be prepared to be interviewed on the spot.

The new McMenamins hotel will open in the old Tacoma Elks Lodge in April. It will have 45 rooms and dining rooms, a theatre and dance floor.

The job fair runs from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Tacoma Convention Center.  Applicants must be at least 16 years old.
