Man accused of throwing bodily fluids on female shoppers in Portland

PORTLAND — Portland police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man accused of throwing semen on women in Portland grocery stores.

Detectives say the man will follow female shoppers in a grocery store, throw semen on them and then walk away.

Due to the nature of the act, police think there could be other victims who are unaware of the man’s actions.

Detectives are investigating two incidents and are working with the Beaverton and Milwaukie police departments in their respective areas.
