SEATTLE - A semi truck overturned after it had to make a sudden stop under the West Seattle Bridge Friday morning.
The crash occurred at South Spokane Street and East Marginal Way South in Seattle.
A witness told KIRO 7 Eyewitness News reporter Jeff Dubois that the driver of the tipped truck slammed on the brakes to avoid another semi truck that ran a stop sign.
The load in the truck shifted during the abrupt stop, causing the truck to tip over.
Seattle police said no one was hurt.
The Seattle Fire Department said the truck leaked about 50 gallons of diesel fuel.
A spill response team responded.
The truck blocked the streets for about an hour.
