MARYSVILLE, Wash. —

A semi-truck hauling 40,000 pounds of frozen seafood crashed into a tree after blowing out a tire on Interstate 5 Wednesday afternoon, troopers said.

The incident happened around 4 p.m. on the southbound lanes of I-5 north of Exit 202.
