SEATTLE - Seattle police arrested a suspect in a robbery or attempted robbery at a downtown Seattle bank.
Police said the incident occurred at Union Bank on Fifth Avenue between University and Seneca streets about 12:30 p.m.
The man, whom police had a detailed description, was taken into custody by officers in about 30 minutes.
