Police say mother held child in arms while smoking meth

The woman now faces charges after alleged threats.

EVERETT, Wash. - An Everett mother and her boyfriend, who is also her half-brother, are facing child endangerment charges, accused of smoking methamphetamine in close proximity to the woman’s child.

 

Police said the couple smoked meth inside an SUV while the mother held the 11-month-old girl in her arms.

 

According to court documents, a witness spotted the two inside the SUV on Dec. 7.

 

The woman's three children have since been put into protective custody.
