TACOMA, Wash. - A Tacoma father has been charged with drinking and driving with five children in the car who were not properly restrained.
The man was pulled over in Buckley Saturday night.
The News Tribune reports the mother of three of the children was in the car and had also been drinking.
Troopers said two of the children were sharing a lap belt and others didn't have a seatbelt on at all.
The man has been arrested for drunk driving once before and was supposed to be driving with an interlock device.
