SEATTLE - Seattle police detectives are searching for three men who robbed a Lake City bank Monday morning.
Shortly after 10 a.m., three masked men dressed in black walked into the Wells Fargo bank at 127th Street and Lake City Way Northeast.
Police said at least one of the robbers climbed up on a counter and told bank staff to give him money from their cash drawers.
None of the men showed a weapon during the robbery, but witnesses said they saw a gun tucked inside one robber's coat.
After driving off in a red Jeep, the robbers ditched the car several blocks away from the bank near 130th Street and Lake City Way.
Detectives impounded the car and are continuing to investigate.
