Police look for 2 men in West Seattle robbery

SEATTLE — A man and woman were robbed at gunpoint by two men early Sunday morning, police said.

Before 1 a.m., police responded to a report of an armed robbery near California Avenue Southwest and Southwest Dakota Street.

According to police, a man and woman were walking when two men approached them. One of the men had a gun and robbed the two of their cellphone, money, purse, wallet and iPad.

The two men then fled the scene and were last seen running northbound in the alley on the west side of California Avenue Southwest.

A witness told police the two men were seen getting into the front passenger seat of a white Lexus sedan, which was last seen traveling eastbound from Southwest Bradford Street and California Avenue Southwest.

Police described the two men as black and in their 20s. The vehicle is described as a white Lexus four-door sedan, with gold trim and Washington plates.

The two men remain at large.
