Police: Driver pulls man into car after ramming with vehicle

On Sunday morning, Bellevue police, with the assistance of Everett police, located the suspect in Saturday's hit-and-run.
The pedestrian was located late Saturday night with a broken leg.
Bellevue police were searching for an older model jeep after the driver pinned a person between two cars in a parking lot Saturday night.
The collision occurred near the 200 block of Bellevue Way NE around 5 p.m. Saturday. The driver was pinned against a black Mazda.
Bellevue police believe that Jonathon J. Packard, a 43-year-old Everett man, owns the jeep.
Witnesses say that after pinning the man, the driver of the Jeep Cherokee helped him up -- then pulled him into his car. Witnesses reported hearing cries of protest from the victim.
The victim was described as a white man in his 50s. He was wearing a grey wind breaker, pants and a baggy shirt -- when the incident occurred.
Witnesses said the victim did not want to be pulled into the jeep.
Police believed the victim had a serious leg injury, based on his inability to walk, cries of pain, and damage to the Mazda.
Bellevue police said the suspect and the victim may know each other, though the nature of their relationship was unknown.
The jeep's license plate number is: ATL8028.
