Police: Armed man robs Mill Creek car wash

MILL CREEK, Wash. — A Mill Creek car washing business was robbed by an armed man Sunday afternoon and police said he matches the description of a robber who has been targeting several businesses.

The robbery happened at the Shur-Kleen Car Wash in the 1700 block of 132nd Street Southeast around 1:15 p.m.

Police said a man demanded cash at gunpoint and left the scene with an undisclosed amount. The incident is the second robbery in a month.

According to police, the man matched the description of a man who has been targeting several businesses. The man robbed two Subways on Jan. 19 and police believe he is connected to a series of robberies.

Police will continue to investigate the robbery.
