SEATTLE - Three people were struck in the head during three armed robberies in the University District early Saturday morning, police said.
Between 1:30 to 2 a.m., police received reports from three separate locations of armed robberies.
One incident happened in the 5200 block of 15th Avenue Northeast, the other in the 500 block of 22nd Avenue Northeast and the third in the 5600 block of University Way.
Each incident happened within 15 to 20 minutes of each other.
According to police, the victims were robbed at gunpoint and struck with a gun in the back of the head.
Police described the robbers in the first two calls as two black men in their 20s. During the third call, the robber was described as a white man.
According to police, some of the victims were intoxicated and not able to provide information to the officers.
The possible vehicles involved were described as a green Gallant and a dark Toyota.
It is unknown at this time whether the three robberies are connected.
