Pedestrian has life-threatening injuries in hit-and-run

KING COUNTY, Wash. — A victim has life-threatening injuries after a driver hit a pedestrian and took off near Renton.

The hit-and-run occurred in the 14700 block of Southeast Petrovitsky Road in unincorporated King County, according to the King County Sheriff’s Office.

The victim was transported to the hospital and detectives closed the street while they investigated. Deputies said they don’t have a description of the suspect.
