A licensed practical nurse in Pierce County had his license suspended after authorities said they found evidence of sexual misconduct with a vulnerable adult.

A licensed practical nurse in Pierce County had his license suspended after authorities said they found evidence of sexual misconduct with a vulnerable adult.

Michael Van Kirk “allegedly forced the vulnerable adult to have sexual intercourse with him on multiple occasions,” according to a Washington Department of Health statement. “Several of these instances occurred at Van Kirk’s home where the victim sometimes stayed. The victim was receiving in-home care services from Van Kirk’s wife.”
