Is nothing sacred? Thirsty student robbed of Dr. Pepper

SEATTLE — A University of Washington student had his six-pack of Dr. Pepper and wallet stolen as he walked on a U-District street Friday night.

Police said the student was walking in the 5200 block of 16th Avenue Northeast at 11:40 p.m. when he was approached by two men.

The men robbed the student of his six-pack of Dr. Pepper as well as his wallet containing $20.

The victim suffered minor injuries.

Seattle and University of Washington police searched but were unable to locate the robbers.
