Police looking for witnesses in robbery at Ferndale McDonald's

FERNDALE, Wash. — Police released video of a suspect in a Dec. 9 robbery at the Ferndale McDonald’s.

The video shows the robber entering and exiting the restaurant.

The suspect is described as a light skinned man, about 6-feet 2-inches to 6-feet 4-inches tall, wearing a dark jacket over a dark hooded sweatshirt, dark pants and brown boots.

Investigators say there are persons of interest in the case, including a potential driver and passenger who were in the suspect's car during the robbery.

"Whether they were aware of what was going on or not, we urge the other witnesses in this case to come forward and speak to us," said Ferndale PD Detective Pike. "Beyond those persons of interest, we also encourage anyone who can identify the suspect to get in touch."

Ferndale police are also requesting customers who went through the drive through between 5 and 5:30 a.m. on Dec. 9 to call the Ferndale Police Department.
