Pedestrian hit, killed by truck in Stanwood

STANWOOD, Wash. — A busy highway will be closed for several hours while police investigate a fatal collision.

Stanwood police say a truck struck and killed a pedestrian.

State route 532 was closed between Pioneer Highway and 72nd Avenue Northwest.

It has since reopened.
