Bellingham police looking for purple-haired woman in credit card fraud

Bellingham police are hoping to identify a woman who’s a person of interest in credit card fraud.

The purple haired woman seen on surveillance video may have fraudulently used a credit card.

Anyone who recognizes her is asked to call Bellingham police at (360) 778-8611, or report it to the city's website tip line at www.cob.org/tips.
