3 arrested in shooting outside Marysville Albertson's

MARYSVILLE, Wash. — Three people have been arrested in connection with the shooting of a man in the parking lot of a Marysville Albertson’s store.

Officers were called to the parking lot at 301 Marysville Mall Way at 4 a.m.  Friday to find a 20-year-old man who had been shot multiple times while standing outside a suspect’s vehicle as he talked to a group of people.

He was shot as the vehicle sped away.

Two adult suspects, a 20-year-old Snohomish man and a 19-year-old Marysville man, were booked into the Snohomish County Jail Tuesday night for investigation of first-degree assault and drive-by shooting.

A third suspect, a 17-year-old Marysville boy, was booked into the Denney Juvenile Justice Center on the same charges.

The shooting victim is recovering from his injuries and is expected to survive.
