Seattle police arrested a man for allegedly knocking on his neighbor's door while completely naked.
According to charging documents, officers said the neighbor was "in her apartment and the male from the unit walked up to her building and started shaking his penis outside her window."
The alleged victim said she was very alarmed by seeing her neighbor, Donald Robson, nude at their downtown apartment building.
When police arrived, Robson told officers that he made eye contact with the woman multiple times. He said that he took the eye contact as an invite, thinking the neighbor wanted to engage in sexual conduct.
Robson also told police he didn't think anything was wrong until police showed up, then he assumed that maybe he misread the situation.
Robson posted $5,000 bail and is ordered to stay at least 500 feet away from the building where the alleged victims live.
