SEATTLE — A mudslide closed Burge-Gilman Trail in Lake City on Sunday morning, said officials with Seattle Parks and Recreation.
The slide was discovered in the area of Northeast 117th and Riviera Place Northeast at Lakeside Place Northeast.
Crews were unable to get to the site to clear it because of the danger of continuing slides from above.
A detour around the mudslide has been made.
Seattle Parks and Recreation will provide an update on Monday morning.
