FEDERAL WAY, Wash. - Federal Way police are looking for two men involved in a robbery and kidnapping of a woman at the Commons mall.
Police said on Friday, Oct. 4, the victim took her lunch break at 12:15 p.m. at the mall in Federal Way.
As she was walking back to her car, which was parked near Macy’s, a man approached her implying he had a gun or bomb.
Police said the man forced the victim to drive him around until they met a second man.
The victim pleaded with the men not to kill her and offered to get cash from a nearby bank.
They drove to the bank and the woman withdrew $1,000 from her account while the men waited in her car.
Then men then also stole the victim’s diamond ring before leaving on foot.
The first man is described as black, 30 years old, with light skin, 6 feet tall and weighing 200 pounds. He has a foreign accent that is possibly Kenyon and noticeably gapped front teeth. He was wearing white tennis shoes with orange stripes. He showed the butt of a gun during the crime.
The second man is described as black, 30 years old, shorter in stature with kinky, shorter hair and a gold front tooth.
