Marysville-Pilchuck shooting victim released from hospital

Marysville-Pilchuck High School shooting survivor Nate Hatch is home after spending nearly two weeks in the hospital for a jaw injury.

Harborview Medical Center discharged Hatch, 14, on Thursday afternoon.

"We appreciate all the amazing support we have received from the community," Hatch's family said in a statement. "We are grateful for the top-notch care Nate received from the team at Harborview Medical Center. Our hearts and prayers go out to all the families who have been affected by this horrific tragedy. Please allow us the privacy we need to continue on the road of recovery. Thank you."

Fifteen-year-old Andrew Fryberg remains at Harborview in critical condition.

Jaylen Fryberg fired shots in the MPHS cafeteria on Oct. 24 hitting his cousin  Andrew and Hatch. The shooting killed Zoe Galasso, Gia Soriano, and Shaylee Chuckulnaskit. The girls were all 14 years old.

The student shooter was allegedly motivated by a spoiled romance.
