KIRKLAND, Wash. — The body of a man was found early Wednesday morning in Juanita Bay Park in Kirkland.
A dispatcher said the body was found in the 11100 block of 98th Avenue Northeast. Chopper 7 video showed police at the scene along Old Market Street Trail.
A Kirkland police representative later said all indications are that it was a self-inflicted gunshot to the head.
The man, in his late 40s, was found by joggers.
Officials blocked off the entrance to the park.
