• Man fatally shot at SeaTac motel

    SEATAC, Wash. - King County Sheriff's detectives are searching for suspects involved in a shooting that left one man dead at a Motel 6 at  20651 Military Road South in SeaTac Friday.


    Hotel guests tell KIRO 7 Eyewitness News they heard two distinctive but muffled "pops" followed by a group of people running down the balcony of the motel just after 3 a.m.


    Deputies did not provide descriptions of the suspects but believe they are looking for four people seen leaving the area in a vehicle.


    The man who was shot was pronounced deceased at the scene. His identity has not been released. King County's Major Crimes Unit will be taking over the case. Anyone with information is asked to call King County Sheriff's Office.
