Man robs White Center bank

SEATTLE — Authorities are looking for a man who robbed a bank in White Center Friday afternoon.

The robbery happened at a Key Bank in the 9600 block of 17^th Avenue Southwest at about 3 p.m.

Authorities said a man walked into a bank, passed a note and implied a weapon. He fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money.

He is described as white, in his 40s, wearing a blue shirt and jeans.

Anyone with information about the man’s whereabouts is urged to call 911 or police.
