Man critically injured in Kent hit-and-run

Police are investigating a Kent hit-and-run that left a 40-year-old man critically injured Saturday night.
Crews responded to the 10500 block of Southeast Kent Kangley Road at about 10 p.m. to a report that a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle and then fled the scene.
When police arrived, they found a man with life-threatening injuries. The suspected vehicle was not at the scene.

KENT, Wash. — The man was taken to a local hospital to be treated for his injuries.

According to police, the pedestrian was crossing Kent Kangley Road when the driver of a '90s white sedan struck the man and continued eastbound on Kent Kangley Road.
Police are asking anyone with information to call 911.
