Jason Mardon, 30, pleaded not guilty in the death of Jacob Glenn on Nov. 17. According to a probable cause affidavit, Glenn, 23, met Madron behind a gas station on Fox Island in a drug deal and was robbed by Madron. The two got into a scuffle and Glenn was stabbed once. He died at the scene.
Glenn's body was found the next morning by an employee at the gas station who flagged down a state trooper.
According to a probable cause affidavit, Madron admitted to friends that he stabbed Glenn, saying, "I didn't mean to kill him. I just stabbed him once. I didn't expect him to die."
