A 60-year-old woman was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries after police say she was hit by a car while crossing the street in Downtown Seattle.
Before 6 p.m. Wednesday, the woman was in the crosswalk when she was hit by Ford Escape near Columbia Street and 4th Avenue.
She was taken to Harborview Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.
The 62-year-old driver stayed at the scene and investigators said he was not impaired.
