DES MOINES, Wash. — A woman is at the hospital Monday morning after nearly drowning in Des Moines.
She was found floating face down just off the boardwalk in Redondo at about 12:30 a.m. Monday.
A rescue swimmer brought her to shore and medics began CPR.
