Police are investigating vandalism that knocked out landline phone and internet services for about 3,500 Frontier customers in the Snohomish area
The vandals damaged equipment and cables at a substation along 180th Street Southeast.
Repairs could take days, and customers needing emergency services are encouraged to use their cellphones.
Frontier officials said FiOS services are not affected.
Police have not identified any possible suspects.
