Troopers are investigating after a semi-truck rolled over in Tacoma on Tuesday night.
The semi was blocking lanes of eastbound State Route 16 to northbound I-5 after 10 p.m.
Troopers tweeted out that the semi’s brakes were tied with a grocery bag.

Trooper Brooke Bova told KIRO 7 speeding was a contributing factor in the crash.
No injuries were reported.
A trooper at the scene issued a traffic infraction.
The investigation is ongoing.
